1.Eligibilty

NSFA Athlete membership is open to athletes who

  • are a resident in Negeri Sembilan; or
  • attends school or higher education in the state of Negeri Sembilan; or
  • whose parents or grandparents are from Negeri Sembilan

2.Age Requirement

  • This membership is open to all ages
  • All athletes under 18 must be registered by their parent or guardian

3.Membership Fee

Membership Fee is RM120 per year and is subject to renewal on an annual basis (12 months from the date of registration)

4.Member Benefits

The NSFA Athlete membership will allow you to be a part of a community of fencers who are supported by the Negeri Sembilan Fencing association as follows:


  • To enrol you to all national and international tournaments which require state association’s submission
  • To obtain letter of support to attend competitions
  • To have access to the NSFA training centre for sparring sessions (subject to a small fee)
  • To participate in NSFA’s Training & Development programs
  • To have access to fencing resources via the Membership portal
  • To enjoy discounts on entry fee for tournaments organised by NSFA, including Negeri Sembilan Youth Challenge (NSYC) and Negeri Sembilan Open Championship (NSOC)

5.Members Responsibilty

Members must

  • Uphold the NSFA Code of Conduct for Athletes
  • Pay membership fees on time

6.Membership Termination

NSFA reserves the right to terminate membership for reasons it deems fit including those outlined in the Code of Conduct.

7.DATA Protection

NSFA collects personal data when you apply for membership, register for events, or access the website. This information is used for membership management, event administration, communication, and statistical purposes. All data collected will be subject to NSFA’s Privacy Policy.

8.Intellectual Property

The NSFA logo, website content, and other intellectual property belong to NSFA. Unauthorised use is prohibited

9.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Malaysia.
